Ross is an entrepreneurial professional with twenty years of diversified experience in residential and commercial real estate, sales and marketing, consulting and finance. He has specific experience in transaction and advisory services, sales management, securing equity and debt financing, developing business processes and infrastructure, as well as real estate asset management. Ross has resided in the Miami Beach area for the past seven years and has been an active licensed Florida Real Estate Broker since 1999. Magda Pantaleon, Broker Associate

magda Magda, a Cuban American who is fluent in English and Spanish, was born in Denver, Colorado. At the age of 11, she moved to Miami and fell in love with the “fun in the sun” lifestyle. She volunteers for children and youth organizations and has many hobbies including golf, guitar, martial arts and gardening. Magda has been an active Real Estate salesperson since 1997, and she obtained her Real Estate Broker’s License in 2003. Marc Knight, Sales Associate

marcknight1 An avid real estate investor and entrepreneur, Marc has been involved with real estate from the buy side for over 8 years and currently owns properties in both New York City and Miami Beach. As a result of his buy side experiences, he is focused providing an enjoyable experience and finding attractively priced properties of the highest quality for his clients. During his time in New York, Marc spent over 5 years working at a major investment (now commercial) bank in a variety of roles including derivatives marketing, proprietary trading, and derivatives trading. He has also worked on consulting projects with both McKinsey and Company and Boston Consulting Group.

Kay Statz, Sales Associate

kay-statz Kay has a background in construction engineering and has been actively involved in construction and development in Florida for more than 20 years. In 1988, he founded Camp Development and Camp Construction Inc., and was one of the early visionaries in the transformation of South Beach. A state certified contractor since 1989, with over $200 million in completed construction projects, he has a long list of clients including a number of Miami’s most famous residents, such as Boris Becker,Gloria Estefan, Barton G and Rosie O’Donnell. Recently, Kay completed his first development project in Camden, Maine.

Galit Bitton, Sales Associate

Galit was born in Haifa, Israel, and in 1979 moved to the United States with her diplomat parents and siblings. Her interests in real estate was a hobby for many years as she traveled and lived in different cities around the world. She also worked in special events and marketing on many projects worldwide, such as a movie set in Cape Town, South Africa. In 2003, she received her Florida real estate license and began her career with a focus on assisting first time home buyers. Galit, or “Gidget” as her friends refer to her, is a great resource for real estate in Miami Beach and has a large network of friends and professionals in arts, real estate and hospitality.

Julie Mushett, Sales Associate

Julie moved to Miami Beach from her home town of Anchorage, Alaska. Prior to her arrival in sunny south Florida, she was a successful residential real estate associate for several years with RE/MAX Properties in Anchorage. Her area of expertise was working with first time home buyers and to building long-term relationships with her clients as they upgraded from their first homes and referred her to their many friends and relatives. Julie has developed a local eclectic professional network by creative and “looking out-side-the-box” marketing strategies.
