Ross Milroy, Broker

Ross is an entrepreneurial professional with twenty years of diversified experience in residential and commercial real estate, sales and marketing, consulting and finance. He has specific experience in transaction and advisory services, sales management, securing equity and debt financing, developing business processes and infrastructure, as well as real estate asset management. Ross has resided in the Miami Beach area for the past seven years and has been an active licensed Florida Real Estate Broker since 1999. He is an active member of the Miami Beach community and has been a Big Brother and mentor to his “little” Angelo for the past three years.

Galit Bitton, Sales Associate

Galit was born in Haifa, Israel, and in 1979 moved to the United States with her diplomat parents and siblings. Her interests in real estate was a hobby for many years as she traveled and lived in different cities around the world. She also worked in special events and marketing on many projects worldwide, such as a movie set in Cape Town, South Africa. In 2003, she received her Florida real estate license and began her career with a focus on assisting first time home buyers. Galit, or "Gidget" as her friends refer to her, is a great resource for real estate in Miami Beach and has a large network of friends and professionals in arts, real estate and hospitality.

Julie Mushett, Sales Associate

Julie moved to Miami Beach from her home town of Anchorage, Alaska. Prior to her arrival in sunny south Florida, she was a successful residential real estate associate for several years with RE/MAX Properties in Anchorage. Her area of expertise was working with first time home buyers and to building long-term relationships with her clients as they upgraded from their first homes and referred her to their many friends and relatives. Julie has developed a local eclectic professional network by creative and "looking out-side-the-box" marketing strategies. While having incredible energy and drive to work with clients Julie focuses on getting the results that they are looking for.

Joey Vanas, Sales Associate

Joey moved to Miami Beach in 2001 and quickly fell in love with the thriving beach community. He worked in residential real estate with a primary focus on the high-end residential condo market. In 2004, he moved to Las Vegas and worked on the marketing of several resort and residential live-work-play concepts. Joey recently moved back to the beautiful sands of Miami Beach and is thrilled to be in his native Florida again where he can enjoy outdoor activities such as surfing, swimming, cycling, and soccer.
