Julie moved to Miami Beach from her home town of Anchorage, Alaska. Prior to her arrival in sunny south Florida, she was a successful residential real estate associate for several years with RE/MAX Properties in Anchorage. Her area of expertise was working with first time home buyers and to building long-term relationships with her clients as they upgraded from their first homes and referred her to their many friends and relatives. Julie has developed a local eclectic professional network by creative and “looking out-side-the-box” marketing strategies. While having incredible energy and drive to work with clients Julie focuses on getting the results that they are looking for.
