Kay Statz, Sales Associate
Kay has a background in construction engineering and has been actively involved in construction and development in Florida for more than 20 years. In 1988, he founded Camp Development and Camp Construction Inc., and was one of the early visionaries in the transformation of South Beach. A state certified contractor since 1989, with over $200 million in completed construction projects, he has a long list of clients including a number of Miami’s most famous residents, such as Boris Becker,Gloria Estefan, Barton G and Rosie O’Donnell. Recently, Kay completed his first development project in Camden, Maine.
